- How does OTP login work?
- Enter your 10-digit mobile number. We send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS. Enter the OTP to sign in or register — no password required. In demo/local mode, the test OTP may be 123456 as shown on the login screen.
- Do I need an email to register?
- Mobile OTP is required. Email is optional but recommended for order receipts and digital downloads.
- I did not receive the OTP. What should I do?
- Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. Check network signal, DND settings, and that the number is correct. If it persists, contact support with your mobile number and time of attempt.
- How do I update my birth details?
- Go to your dashboard profile (where available) or contact support. Accurate date, time, and place of birth improve kundli and AI answers.
AI chat & coins
- What is AI chat on IRFC Astrology?
- AI chat offers Vedic astrology–style guidance powered by secure AI models. It complements — but does not replace — consultation with a human astrologer.
- How much does each question cost?
- Pricing depends on question category, typically ₹10–₹300 per question. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
- Are there free questions?
- New users may receive up to 3 complimentary questions (as displayed on the chat page). After that, pay per question or use coins.
- What are coins?
- Coins are prepaid credits on your wallet. Each paid question may use about 1 coin(s) depending on settings — buy coins from the Coins page and use them in chat.
- Is AI advice medical or legal?
- No. All answers are for spiritual and general guidance only. See our Terms for full disclaimers.
Store & payments
- What products can I buy?
- We offer spiritual and remedial items — yantras, malas, gemstones, puja kits, and related products — typically priced from ₹10 to ₹2000, plus digital reports.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Checkout supports PayU (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking). YoPay may be available for certain flows. All payments are in INR.
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes. Payments run on PCI-compliant gateways over HTTPS. We do not store your card or UPI PIN.
- Can I cancel an order?
- Before shipment, yes — contact us with your order ID. After dispatch, see our Refund Policy.
Shipping & delivery
- How long does delivery take?
- We dispatch most orders within 2–5 business days. Courier transit is usually 3–8 days depending on your city. Details: Shipping Policy.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the tracking link in your SMS/email or visit Order Tracking with order number and mobile.
- When do I get digital products?
- Immediately after payment — check your dashboard and registered email.
- Do you ship outside India?
- Currently we deliver within India only.
Consultations
- How do I book a live consultation?
- Open the Consultation page, choose an astrologer or slot, pay the shown fee, and join at the scheduled time via the link or chat provided.
- Can I reschedule or get a refund?
- Yes, under conditions in our Refund Policy (e.g. cancel 24+ hours ahead for full refund).
Privacy & data
- What data do you collect?
- Name, mobile, birth details, orders, and chat history — used only to run the service. We do not sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy.
- How do I delete my account?
- Request deletion via the contact page with your registered mobile. Some records may be retained where law requires.

- How do I reach customer care?
- Use the Contact form, WhatsApp button in the footer, or call the number listed on the contact page. Include your order ID or mobile for faster help.
- What are your business hours?
- Support typically responds Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Messages outside hours are answered on the next business day.
