Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for returns, refunds, and cancellations across our services.

At IRFC Astrology (IRFC FINSERV INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED), we want you to be satisfied with every purchase and booking. This policy explains when refunds, replacements, or store credit apply. It should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. Physical products (store)

Eligible for refund or replacement

  • Product received damaged, defective, or wrong item — notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
  • Package lost in transit (confirmed by courier) — full refund or reshipment at our choice.
  • Unused, sealed spiritual items returned in original packaging where hygiene and ritual integrity allow (category-specific; contact support before returning).

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after opening consumables (oils, powders, food-grade items) or personalized/engraved products.
  • Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
  • Requests made after 7 days without a prior damage report.

Approved returns: we arrange reverse pickup where possible, or you ship to our address with prior approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product. Shipping charges on standard orders are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

2. Digital products & reports

  • Kundli PDFs, remedy packs, downloadable guides, and dashboard-only content are non-refundable once generated or downloaded, because they cannot be “returned.”
  • If a technical error prevents delivery (file corrupt, blank report), contact us within 48 hours — we will regenerate or refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate charges due to payment gateway errors are refunded in full after verification.

3. AI chat & coin purchases

  • Paid AI answers and coin debits are final once the response is delivered to your chat history.
  • If a payment succeeds but no answer or coins appear, report within 24 hours with transaction ID — we will credit coins or refund.
  • Complimentary free questions (as shown on the platform) carry no monetary refund value.

4. Live consultations

  • Customer cancellation more than 24 hours before the slot: full refund or one free reschedule.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: up to 50% fee may be retained to compensate the astrologer.
  • No-show without notice: no refund.
  • Astrologer cancellation or platform technical failure: full refund or reschedule at your choice.
  • Partial sessions interrupted by our side: prorated refund or makeup session.

5. Order cancellation before dispatch

If your physical order has not shipped, you may request cancellation via dashboard, WhatsApp, or contact form. We will refund the full amount minus any non-recoverable payment gateway fees (if applicable). Once tracking is assigned, cancellation follows the return rules in section 1.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email or message us with order ID, mobile number, reason, and photos (for damage claims).
  2. Our team responds within 2 business days with approval or clarification.
  3. Approved refunds appear on your statement per bank/UPI timelines (typically 5–10 business days after initiation).

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback — we resolve most issues faster directly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws.
