IRFC FINSERV INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ships spiritual and remedial products from our fulfilment location to addresses across India. Digital goods are delivered electronically. Please review this policy before checkout.
1. Serviceable areas
We deliver to most pincodes in India via partnered couriers (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or regional partners). At checkout, enter a valid 6-digit PIN code; if delivery is unavailable, you will be notified before payment.
2. Processing time
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Standard dispatch: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized or energized items may require 3–7 extra days; the product page will note this.
- During festivals or high volume, dispatch may extend by 2–3 days — we will notify you by SMS or email when possible.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping fees are calculated per product and destination at checkout. Some items may qualify for free shipping during promotions. The final amount (product + shipping + taxes) is shown before you pay via PayU or other enabled gateways.
4. Estimated delivery time

5. Order tracking
Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by SMS/email (when mobile/email is on file). You can also check status on our Order Tracking page using your order number and registered mobile.
6. Delivery attempts & address
- Ensure your name, full address, landmark, city, state, and PIN are correct at checkout.
- Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. Repeated failure may return the parcel to us; re-shipping charges may apply.
- For high-value or ritual items, ID verification may be required on delivery.
7. Digital delivery
Digital reports, e-books, and dashboard assets are delivered instantly after successful payment:
- Available under My Dashboard → orders / downloads.
- A copy may be sent to your registered email when configured.
- Keep your login secure; downloads are linked to your account.
8. Damaged or missing parcels
If the outer package is damaged, note it with the courier agent and photograph the box and product. Report within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). See our Refund Policy for resolution steps.
9. International shipping
Currently we ship within India only. International orders are not accepted unless explicitly announced on the site.
